What is Bryan Health ezVisit?

Bryan Health ezVisit is virtual, online care with a licensed provider. It's an affordable, easy way to receive a diagnosis and treatment recommendations (including prescriptions, if needed) for common, minor illnesses. Best of all, you can use it anytime 24/7 and anywhere.

When you're not feeling well, you can talk to a provider from the comfort of your home or on-the-go.

Who is eligible?

Bryan Health ezVisit is available for all ages, anywhere in the US. 

How do I get care?

You have two options:

To access care within MyChart:

  1. Click the Menu button
  2. Choose ezVisit Virtual Urgent Care

Note:

  • You will be asked for an email address so you can receive an email notification when the provider is ready to see you.

Who makes the diagnosis?

During your video visit, a licensed provider will review your symptoms and recommend treatment to help you feel better. The provider can even prescribe medications, if needed, and send the prescription to the pharmacy of your choice.

Can I get a prescription?

Bryan Health ezVisit licensed providers can prescribe medications if your condition needs a prescription. We treat minor health conditions, and do not prescribe for pain medications or narcotics.

Bryan Health ezVisit is not an online pharmacy, and does not provide prescription refills. You are responsible for the cost of any prescriptions, over-the-counter treatments or follow-up visits you may need.

Prescriptions are not provided for anyone under the age of one or for COVID-19 antiviral medications.

What does my ezVisit cost and what forms of payment do you accept?

Bryan Health ezVisit is $69 or less per visit, depending on your insurance co-pay. You can pay with a credit card, your health savings account (HSA) or your medical flexible spending account (FSA).

If using a FSA account, please check with your company for final approval. If you have a debit/credit card for your FSA account, you can use it to pay for the service or you can submit your receipt for reimbursement. Remember to keep your receipt in case you need additional documentation.

Is it covered by insurance?

Bryan Health ezVisit can bill insurance for adult visits that take place in Nebraska or Missouri between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m. Patients will be responsible for their estimated co-pay at the time of service. When insurance billing is not available, visits cost $69.

How safe is my personal information?

All of your personal information and data is encrypted and protected. Your personal health information is secure and confidential.

What is Bryan Health MyChart?

MyChart is a convenient, secure patient portal. Within Bryan Health MyChart you can access virtual urgent care. You can also view test results and health information from Bryan Health facilities and clinics.

How do I sign up for MyChart?

You can sign up anytime, or we will provide information to you when you receive care at any Bryan Health location or start a Bryan Health ezVisit.

Who is KeyCare?

KeyCare is the on-demand virtual platform that Bryan Health is partnering with to provide virtual urgent care.
