Be prepared for your big day with our hospital bag packing list for you, your baby and support person.

  • Photo ID
  • Insurance card or information
  • Birth plan (if you have one)
  • Eyeglasses (if you wear them), contact lens case and solution
  • Cell phone and charger
  • Labor gown/robe
  • Lip balm
  • Hair ties
  • Toiletries/personal items
  • Loose, lightweight clothing and nightgown
  • Comfortable clothes to go home in (pregnancy leggings, nursing bra, etc.)

  • Breastfeeding pillow
  • Hairdryer, curling iron or flat iron
  • Earbuds to listen to music on your phone
