Bryan Pine Lake Campus Services

Lab tests include:

• Tests ordered by your provider
• On-demand lab tests where you can select and purchase over 60 lab tests without an order from your provider

Radiology procedures include:

• MRI
• PET scans

Bryan South Campus Services

Radiology procedures include:

• X-ray (walk-in x-ray available from 7 a.m.-3 p.m.)
• Mammograms
• MRI
• CT scans
• Ultrasound
• Nuclear medicine
• DEXA bone densitometry scans (including whole body scans for youth and adults)

Information You will Need to Obtain Price Estimate

To receive an estimate, you will need the following information when you call:

• The name of the procedure or test
• The CPT code for the procedure or test, which can be obtained from your ordering provider
• Patient’s first and last name
• Date of Birth
• Telephone number including area code
• The name of your insurance coverage and your member or policy ID, which can be found on your insurance card. Or, you can let us know if you do not have insurance or have another type of coverage
