Directions to Bryan Bariatric Services

Here are directions to reach our office:

• The office for your medical weight management visits is located in Bryan Medical Center at the Bryan West Campus, 2222 S. 16th St., Tower A, Suite 200, Lincoln, NE  68502
• You will use the West Medical Plaza Entrance at Bryan West Campus

When you arrive:

• You will find convenient parking with a short walk to the Bryan Medical Center entrance
• After entering, to your left you will see an area called Admissions/Cashier; go to this area to check-in
• After you check-in, follow the signs to Bryan Bariatric Services

• Our phone number is 402-481-5454. Please feel free to call us if you have any questions
• You may receive a call from the Bryan pre-registration department before your appointment

Remember to:

• Complete and bring all the forms with you
• Bring a photo ID and your insurance card with you for patient registration
